I’m going to start up again after taking a break-the thing that got me going again is that (and I've mentioned this case before), is that today is the 50th anniversary of the Federal Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit overturning the conviction of a young Black man falsely convicted of attempted bank robbery. The loss at trial was the worst day of my career and the day of this ruling was the best day of my career beating the Cops, the FBI and the US Attorney, surpassing some other memorable and not so memorable moments!
